About Me

Founder: Avantika is a certified Reiki practitioner and is the founder of the Still Point Healing Method. She is considered a transformational teacher and Spiritual Life Coach. Teaching yoga for the past 13 years, she completed her Kripalu Yoga Teacher Training in 1999 and became an Integrated Yoga Teacher in 2002. She also became a certified Integrated Healing Therapist in 2003. She has continued her education as a healer and yoga teacher by taking classes for certification in leadership, nutrition, prosperity, consciousness studies and meditation. Additionally, she is in the process of completing her degree in Spiritual Psychology and Consciousness Studies through Kaplan University and Lesley University. avantika@ambermoonwellness.com
